When handling personal information entrusted to us by our customers, we ask for your consent after explaining the provisions of the Personal Information Protection Law in the "Personal Information Acquisition Consent Form".

1. Definition of personal information

Personal information is information about the individual customer, such as name, date of birth, address, telephone number, e-mail address, fax number, etc. that can identify the individual customer.

2. Purpose of acquisition of personal information

Personal information entrusted to us by our customers will be used within the scope of the following purposes. We will not use the personal information we receive for any purpose other than the purpose of acquisition without the consent of the customer. If any of the items you provide cannot be provided, you may not be able to receive the services and information provided for the following purposes.

• To inform customers of information (campaigns, product information, etc.) by direct mail, e-mail, etc.
• For selling products, providing services, and other incidental measures
• To understand the participants of the event to be hosted and to provide necessary information about the event
• For marketing and sales promotion, statistical data creation of product planning

3. Provision and consignment of personal information

Personal information entrusted to us by our customers may be outsourced to Tsuruha Holdings Inc., our holding company, for the purpose of acquisition in the preceding paragraph. Other than that, we will not provide or outsource to a third party except in the following cases.

• With customer consent
• When required by law, etc.
• When outsourcing the handling of personal information to a business consignment company that has a confidentiality agreement regarding personal information with us to the extent necessary for the purpose of acquisition specified to the customer

4. Management of personal information

Personal information entrusted to us by our customers will be strictly managed by formulating and complying with a compliance program that complies with the "Compliance Program Requirements for Personal Information Protection (JIS Q 15001)".

5. Disclosure / correction / deletion of personal information

You can request disclosure of personal information entrusted to you by customers. In addition, when requesting correction or deletion of personal information after confirming disclosure, please contact our "Inquiry Desk for Personal Information" and make the request in the format specified by us. In addition, we will confirm that you are the person in this procedure.

6. Personal information of minors under the age of 15 or customers with poor judgment

When we keep the personal information of minors under the age of 15 or customers with insufficient judgment, we need the consent of a parent or guardian.
