Target shareholders and presentation time

■ Target shareholders

The following shareholder benefits will be presented to shareholders who hold one unit (100 shares) or more and who are listed or recorded on the shareholder register and beneficial shareholder register as of the end of each fiscal year.

■ Presentation time

Long-term shareholder benefits, shareholder benefit cards, and shareholder gift certificates will be sent to eligible shareholders in mid-August (after the General Meeting of Shareholders).

* If you do not receive the shareholder gift certificate, it may have been returned due to reasons such as unknown address. Please contact us (toll free).

In some cases, somebody's family may have received it instead, so please check again.

◎ Benefit 1 Shareholder special treatment card

Shareholders who own 100 or more shares of the Company will be presented with a "shareholder special treatment card" that can be used at each Tsuruha Group store.
If you show it at the time of payment, you will get a 5% discount from your purchase. (Excluding some products)

* After the general meeting of shareholders, it will be sent together with the general assembly resolution notice in mid-August.

◎ Benefit 2 Shareholder special gift

We will send you a "shareholder gift certificate booklet" according to the number of shares you own.

Exchange of complimentary products is limited to unused shareholder gift certificate booklets.
Please note that even one shareholder gift certificate booklet cannot be exchanged for a special offer.
Special offer products will be offered in exchange for shareholder gift certificates. We do not offer both shareholder gift certificates and complimentary products.

Long-term holding benefits

In addition to the above benefits, we will present a shareholder gift certificate worth 1,000 yen (2 x 500 yen certificates) to shareholders who have held our company's shares for three years or more and 100 shares or more as of the shareholder rights determination date at the end of each fiscal year (shareholders who have been registered in the end and interim shareholder registers with the same stock number seven or more times in a row).

* The long-term holding benefits will be sent after the general meeting of shareholders.
