On Thursday, November 26, 2015, the "Meiji VAAM Health Challenge" was held at Shellcom Sendai in Miyagi Prefecture.
In the first part, we welcomed fitness instructor Kazuko Nakao, and in the second part, we welcomed Sydney Olympic gold medalist Naoko Takahashi, who held walking and running classes.
It was a participatory event, and it was a great success with many customers saying that it was fun and very good.
