On Saturday, January 30, 2016, "Tsuruha Baseball Class Nippon-Ham Fighters Academy 1-day Experience" was held at Twin Cap Agricultural Experiment Park in Sapporo City.
Former professional baseball players Tateishi and Takaguchi served as instructors and taught the basics of baseball, pitching practice, fielding practice, and batting practice.
The children enjoyed the baseball class with smiles on their faces as the former professional baseball player provided easy-to-understand explanations.
The raffle drawing held before the closing ceremony was very popular with children and their parents, and everyone had a great time.
