On Saturday, October 6, 2018, the ``1st Health Seminar by Professor Minoru Kamata'' was held at Gyotoku Bunka Hall I&I in Ichikawa City, Chiba Prefecture.
We welcomed Dr. Minoru Kamata, who is well-known on TV, to give a lecture on the theme of ``A healthy and prosperous way of life - the secret to a long life''. It was impressive that the audience was drawn into the conversation as they passionately talked about ``What is health?'' and ``What is the secret to a long life?'' using their entire bodies.
