On Saturday, November 17, 2018, we held the ``3rd Health Seminar (Sendai)'' at Azalea Hills in Sendai City, Miyagi Prefecture.
Dr. Shigeko Katakura, vice president of the Miyagi Prefecture Dietitian Association, gave a lecture on the theme of ``Luck comes to the gate of laughter - Recommendation of Laughter Yoga''.
The participants experienced ``Laughter Yoga'' and enjoyed the event from beginning to end with smiles on their faces.
