The 9th Health Seminar (Sapporo) was held on Saturday, March 16, 2019 at Hotel Royton Sapporo in Sapporo, Hokkaido.
We welcomed Professor Ikki Takizawa, director of Hokkaido University's track and field team, to give a lecture on the theme of ``staying healthy and in good shape as a family'' - an approach from conditioning science.
The event provided an opportunity for everyone in the family to think about their health, with a talk from an expert lecturer about what is important for health promotion.
When we left, one of our guests said, ``Thank you for the educational lecture.''
