Respect for workers' rights

Tsuruha Group respects the rights of workers, including freedom of association, the right to organize, and the right to collective bargaining, and strives to maintain harmonious labor-management relations. The Tsuruha Group has three labor unions: UA Zensen Tsuruha Union, Fukutaro Union, Tsuruha Group Drug & Pharmacy West Japan Union, Lady Pharmacy Union, and Drug Eleven Union, with approximately 27,000 participants (including part-time workers). Eradicate long working hours

The Tsuruha Group complies with laws and regulations regarding working hours and promotes work styles that do not assume overtime. The personnel department and managers of each department manage the working hours of employees every month and check the advance plan and acquisition record of holiday acquisition. At stores, we have introduced a system that supports the organization of monthly work shifts to optimize working hours at each store and visualize the number of employees and man-hours.

Fair wages

The Tsuruha Group pays wages that exceed the minimum wage stipulated by laws and regulations in each region where stores are located. In addition, based on the personnel system, we strive to pay wages according to ability and results through self-evaluation and feedback interviews twice a year.

Dealing with bullying and harassment

We have established a consultation desk in the Human Resources Department regarding bullying and harassment in the workplace. Each labor union has also set up a consultation desk, and both parties work together to deal with cases. The Harassment Prevention Regulations define harassment, protect the person seeking advice, protect the privacy of those involved, and set out how to respond to incidents.

Prohibition of child labor and forced labor

The Tsuruha Group prohibits child labor that deprives future children of their rights. The company regulations stipulate that the age of the hired employees should be at least 15 years old, and we thoroughly confirm the age at the time of hiring. In addition, any forced labor is prohibited from the viewpoint of human rights protection and legal compliance.

Prohibition of discrimination and respect for diversity
